After-Sales Service
- We provide 24/7 after-sales service.
- A USB drive with instructions and tutorial videos is included with the product.If you have any questions during use, we can assist with remote setup using To Desk.
- Our US customer service center staff will also provide technical support in your local area.

Shipping Service
- Typically, machine assembly and commissioning takes a week, but we'll do our best to pre-empt this process to minimize your wait time (excluding holidays when the logistics company is closed).
- Secondly, we stock some models in our warehouses in New Jersey or California, but most products ship from China. If you need the product urgently, please let us know and we'll prioritize production for you.
- Third, for large items shipped from China, we typically offer DDP shipping, which combines ocean and truck shipping. This service takes approximately 25-30 days to receive your shipment. This significantly reduces shipping costs, improving the value of your product, and you don't have to pay any customs clearance or import fees. However, DDP shipping does not provide a tracking number like express delivery; we only provide a proof of delivery location (POD) after shipment. If you prefer this shipping method, please let us know. We can provide shipping services via FedEx, DHL, or UPS based on your address. This service requires you to coordinate with your local customs clearance and import duties.
Return Service
- Generally, if there are issues with product shipping or product quality, our dedicated after-sales staff will contact you. If the product can be repaired with simple repairs, we will refund a portion of the purchase price and allow you to continue using it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
- Secondly, if you truly cannot accept a defective product, please don't hesitate. We will send you a return label. Please pack the product and hand it to the courier. We will issue a full refund after we confirm receipt of the product. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Third, if you need to return a product for subjective reasons, such as dislike or misreading the product size, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product. We will provide you with a shipping address for the product and will issue a refund after the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected.
Warranty Service
- The product warranty period is usually three months. The laser equipment is guaranteed for two years (the whole machine is guaranteed for two years and the laser is guaranteed for one year).
- Secondly, if any problem occurs with the product within the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement.
- Thirdly, if problems occur beyond the product warranty period, you will need to purchase spare parts at your own expense or place a new order.
