Application of Laser Cleaning Machine
- Mold cleaning: Cleaning of mold release agents and residues for injection molds, die-casting molds, tire molds, and rubber molds. No disassembly or cooling is required. Online cleaning is available.
- Pre-welding treatment: Efficiently remove rust, oil stains and oxide scale from the weld seam area, significantly improve welding quality, and reduce pores and sand holes.
- Post-welding treatment: Remove the oxidized color and slag on the surface of the weld seam to make it aesthetically pleasing and easy to undergo non-destructive testing (such as X-ray and ultrasonic testing).
- Comprehensive rust and paint removal: Remove old paint layers and rust from large equipment, steel structures, ship cabins, storage tanks, etc., to prepare for repainting.
